The Call Center is made up of seasonal employees that are in place from mid-October thru mid-April to assist the 7 RCSCW golf course pro shops handle calls for booking, changing, checking and cancelling tee time requests.  The staff is eager to assist RCSCW members and public players find a tee time on any one of our 7 beautiful courses.

How it works.  In the morning, the golf course pro shops forward their phones to the Call Center Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.  At that time, whenever you call any of the golf courses, you will be directed to our friendly Call Center staff.  The staff will assist you with tee time reservations, answer general golf related questions and assist you with talking directly to one of the courses in case of emergencies or for other needs aside from tee time reservations.  The Call Center has access to the tee sheet of all 7 courses to efficiently assist you.  All other times, please contact ANY course to assist you with ALL seven tee sheets.
