Hovnanians Four Seasons

Considering New Project in Sun City West

After decades of being overlooked, the parking lot area to the east of the Fry’s Grocery Store on North R.H. Johnson Boulevard may finally be developed. The existing 8.76 acre site, which was constructed in 1978, is being considered by K. Hovnanian Homes for the construction of approximately 50 single family, active adult style residences.

Hovnanian’s Four Seasons communities set the standard for lifestyle, fulfilment and value. Ideally located, these unique resort-at-home communities project a private world where friendships flourish, recreation abounds and quality is second to none. With year-round activities planned so that you can join in when you want, life gets better all the time.

Public notice signs have been posted at the project entrance on North R.H. Johnson Boulevard, between the Church on the Green and the Goodwill Store. The dates of the Planning & Zoning Commission and Board of Supervisors have not yet been determined by Maricopa County, and the public notice signs will be updated once these dates become available.

As representatives for K. Hovnanian Homes, Coe and Van Loo Consultants, Inc. will be holding a neighborhood meeting for interested parties seeking more information about the project.  This neighborhood meeting will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, in the R.H. Johnson Social Hall, 19803 R.H. Johnson Blvd. Sun City West. All neighbors are welcome to attend to learn more about the project and to express their opinions.

No refreshments will be served.
