Facility Maintenance:

  1. Good news Kuentz fans! Although we aren’t quite ready to turn the heat back on, we have passed the first phase of testing with our vendor, which involved underground pipes. That phase was necessary before the Arizona Corporation Commission can come back out and verify the test. The ACC visit is scheduled tomorrow afternoon. If they sign off on the underground portion, we will conduct additional testing of the upper system. If any issues are found, those will need to be repaired before we can turn the heat back on. But we are making progress and we continue to appreciate your patience. In the long run, we will still need to address the issue of removing the master meter at Kuentz and replacing it with individual meters at each building. At this time, we are sticking with our original plan to remove the master meter next year and install individual meters. Thanks for your continued support. In the meantime, enjoy Kuentz without the heat, but don’t forget your jackets! Remember, the spa and pool are closed.
